Who is waiting on Warhammer?
I know I am
A few former Fight on the Flag members are going to form a Warhammer guild when the game comes out. I am not sure who all will come for certain, only the members can answer that. But I thought I'd let Deathwingers know (since I don't have access to WoW forums anymore, not that I would ever post there again).
No idea about the guild name, but if you want to keep in touch, visit www.fightontheflag.com/forums and sign up for a forum name (I have to approve it). Forums are pretty much dead, but I check about twice a week. I anticipate it will get busier as the game is closer to launch.
EDIT: When we create the guild the same rules will apply. You must have working mic and vent, be 18 or older, etc. Just read the rules at www.fightontheflag.com.
Thanks and keep in touch.

I might try it.
I think I'm going to try some Warhammer, the developer videos have been really interesting and it looks like they are putting a lot of effort into making a quality game.
I don't think it's going to be as accessible to the everyday gamer like WoW is, but I'll give it a shot.
Still playing WoW in the meantime. Can't hold out until fall with no game to play.

If I have time and money for a new computer, I'll give it a shot.
So basically, it's not gonna happen in the next two years.
But I'd like to

Doh, why a new comp? From what I can tell the system requirements aren't that bad. Sure the zones are laggy when everyone is online but that's beta for you.
Im curious, does it actually have zones like EQ or is the world like WoW where you do little zoning?

Is Warhammer going to require as beastly of a machine as Age of Conan?

So far it's much like WoW.

I don't think so, not from what I've heard... but my poor laptop could barely run WoW.
A lot of people considered me a good priest.
Then theres the people that knew the conditions I played in.. mostly being 5-10fps in a 5v5 arena. Theres a reason I liked 2v2 and 3v3 more
How I raided is beyond me, really. I have no idea how I could stand doing that so damn long with this laptop. Hell, I don't even know how I played at all for so long. That was pretty dumb of me.
